Gimmee.com haspromotional productsin a variety of stuff for the community. I'm excited that they have for October's Breast Cancer Awareness month a special pink category. Our company is always looking for relevant gifts with the company logos. We give out lots of gifts in custom gift baskets. I think it's a wonderful idea for October to give out Pink products which will remind people about the fight against cancer. I personally would like an umbrella for our rainy days. Companies can request their own logo and message. What a great way to support a cause and also give out useful stuff and keep your company name out there. I'll definitely give this link to my office manager and marketing team. October is also Halloween so a gift which fits the theme of cute scary is available. There are also other holidays such as Valentine, Patriot days. Golf product is always popular. Gimme.com has corporate gifts and awards. Around this time, mailing out calendar is a popular activity. They also have a RUSH on some of the promotional products for the procrastinators!

Back a few months ago, I heard on NPR a little snippet about Hispanics, Chinese, and other ethnic groups have considered trainings to loose their accents to advance in their careers. I still haven't made up my mind about this subject yet. I'm told that I do have a bit of an accent. I find that kind of charming. I do like accents coming from people. I like to hear it. However your opinion on this, I am not here to debate about it. I did find a company which will train people to have a voice coach. Although, this company ELT trains people in Spanish. It teaches people to speak better Spanish for Business conducts and communications. Spanish language training can make the speaker come across more professional and understandable. ELT accommodates to the busy executive's schedule. I know a couple of people at work who have tried to take classes at the community college but that wasn't successful. Because they are busy working people and their schedule doesn't allow them to attend some of the evening classes. Or they have not had the time to practice or do their homework. The professional students complain and feels embarrassed and humiliated in front of the whole class. This program offered by ELT sounds promising and geared towards the executive. They train in small groups or individuals and concentrate on making the execs sound legitimate and professional in the Spanish speaking place.

Recruit'n is a social network for job seekers and employers!
I like to cover social network websites. This one is also related to jobs so it's more useful then other. Job Recruiters can post the position to be filled for free. And Social networks will gather around to look and refer each other. I belong to Linkined. It's cool application. I've gotten two of my friends to write references. Now a days, if you have a blog and social networking gears towards the profession, it's advantage to join such a network to share information, ideas, and job referrals. I think the electronic media can broaden the traditional Resume and enhance it. From a blog, potential employers can see what you think and how you write. I'll set up a profile right now and see. It seeks local jobs. I am going to tell my friends about this cool service. It allows you to post a professional photo in your profile. It lets you stay close to the action and close to job providers. Okay, it didn't take me long to set up my free account. There's some cool features such as Blog, Forum, and Groups. I'm all over that idea! It seems to be very accessible to navigate and very easy to use. It has 'my page' and resume section as well as business contact.

I hate, fear parking. When I can ride the bus to downtown, I'll do it to avoid parking the car in heavy narrow traffics.
In architecture school, we were always challenged to find solutions for parking. It's the brutal reality if architectural design. Traffic and parking is a major city planning problem. There have been improvements in the way we pay for parking using credit cards instead of coin currency. Still there are rooms for improvement. The mall in my neighbor hood has be remodeled to include multi story parking lot. This allows for numerous restaurant additions and a large theater complex.
Cambridge Theater parking has some nice incentives to park. It is one of the branch of Propark.com. I quote: "Propark has successfully managed consistent growth while preserving the
company's entrepreneurial spirit and unique culture of creative
innovation." I like it when companies espouse a culture of innovation. Let's face it. Parking is not a glamorous subject. But it is an important one. I like to look at companies which has proposed some solution to the never ending nightmare of parking.

I've been looking for some vacation spots. This lincoln bed and breakfast looks sweet. Brills Farm has an authentic cottage in England. We go to Poland once a year. England is accessible and affordable flight from Poland. I like the architecture. We've been watching the BBC series of Sherlock Holms and the English mannerism is quite charming! I would like to rest my feet at the cottage wood burning fire and eat sausage to my heart's content.
I can try my hand at horse back riding, clay pigeon shooting, and visit a Cathedral near by. Georgian architecture remodel to modern day standards of comfort. The wallpaper is flourishing in all it's glory. Brills Farm is an actual working farm.
I am promoting Websitepros and their web page design
They are a small business marketing firm. These web pros specialize marketing for other small business. The pros put together a comprehensive marketing package. Their goal is to put your small business onto the web with a presence. So often business skimp on this. But look at the benefits. It's much cheaper then the brick and mortar advertising and maintainance. A web presence is cost effective and less expensive then the Radio or print campaign. Because there are so many free website tools available, it's temping to do it yourself and patch together a website. I'm guilty of this. For a fee, one can have a professionally designed and marketed website. I think it's such a good idea. I also applaud WebsitePros to be innovative and asked for help promoting their business on PayPerPost. It means that they rely on social media and bloggers to get the word out effectively. Who knows, maybe this blogger will cave in and seek their advice for creating a cool website to show case his photographs.

Super Media Stores has cheap HP toners.
Established in 2002, Supermediastore.com is a major reseller and wholesaler of blank CD DVD media products in Southern California, suppling a wide variety of blank CD DVD media, CD DVD packaging case, computer hardware, memory, ink and toner cartridges.
I really like this idea that Super Media Store has for all of us. They have CD/DVD templates: cd-template-design-g2.html I record a lot of home movies and convert them to DVD. I usually write with a sharpie marker but a nice CD template would make the projects look much nicer. This gets the customers involved. You can submit your very own awesome design and watch to see how many people have down load. They are very selective. A new winner is announced. They also host a mini disc video contest!.
I am still using mini disc. I'm looking for a good place to buy them. Well it doesn't seem to be at the Supermediastore. I'm surprised. They seem to have everything that is media related.
Their sites seems to be very easy to navigate and well organized into media categories. They are also on the top 500 Entrepreneur list.

I Tried Freeze It and I want to get it.
I've been having a muscle spasm.
This evening, I found a sample in the mail from Pay Per Post. I've been sellected for a very special offer. They sent me four packets of Freeze It samples.
I''ve been given a task. A secret mission. I have been chosen to
be a part of a select group to sample our premier Freeze It product and them my your opinion.
It is inexpensive and cost as much as BenGay but you will not have the stink.
It has Vitamin E and Aloe so it's like a lotion for your skin, with natural ingredient instead of chemical that are harsh.
Update: 07/25/07 morning. I woke up to shower and noticed that the Freeze It Cream was still there. The whole night I slept peacefully. I was able to wake up with out pain. Yesterday, I couldn't even reach for my phone to shut off the alarm. After the shower I put the cream on like moisturizer and go to work. I couldn't do this with BenGay because it stinks so bad. People would avoid me at work!
I went to the doctor last week. She prescribed Cyclobenzeprene. For $8, insurance pays half, I have 30 tiny yellow pills. It's a wonder why so many Americans are addicted to pain killers. I took one and could not keep my eye lids open within ten minutes! There are other natural ways to manage pain. Unfortunately, alternative methods such as acupuncture is not accepted. I use the pills sparingly because I don't want to be addicted. The Freeze It cream is wonderful for topical aches. The pill actually didn't take away the localized pain. It's a muscle relaxant so it work on my whole body, making me very drowsy. I did not like this very much.

Just loving life is more then a shopping blog
I like the graphics of this site. It could be mistaken for a personal blog. I read a little bit about PS2 and ps3. It's a team made up of husband and wife Paula. What a great idea. They review a lot of PS3/2 games like Genji, the Fall of Man. I have a PS2 so I find their reviews most helpful. They also bought Singstar, a karaoke game, how fun. I miss the hay day of Karaoke. I've just got a new website up: www.ducnly.com and I would like to promote it with printed business cards. They have an suggestion for that too!
There are also tips about taking vitamins, strange food like the army biscuit, and business adventures. They seem like a very active couple and their blog reflects that energy. Way to go!
