Teamworx

Back a few years ago, I worked in a large corporation.  In time we all became secluded in our cubicles.  In designing offices, I was aware of the notion of caves and commons.  There are spaces in the office which allow us to go into an open space to collaborate.  These pin up sessions for discussions were great for building teamwork.  When there was a formal retreat to build team work.  The organizers had to cobble something together.  Now, the net has:  management leadership training.  This is an interesting idea.  The website has taken on the task of organizing a unique experience for team building.  I'm sure one can still put on a mean game of paint ball or go on a camping trip.  We all remember that awful trust exercise where one had to fall back and a team mate catches you.  Lately, it seems we need more team work at work.  We hide behind our cubicle and even be more distracted with the Internet.  It seems we connect to our social media more then to our workers.  So let's take that break and immerse ourselves into a team building retreat.  This time the net has provide us with a great alternative to out source that organization to TeamWorx.  Let them find an activity that suites your company.
