Jazz Butcher

One of my favorite bands growing up is the Jazz Butcher.  My first album from JB is 'Distressed Gentlefolk'.  I still have several cassettes and listen to them in my car.  Angel is a favorite from this album.  I remember seeing the video for 'Angel'.  I have been searching for this video on Youtube to no avail.

i miss the jazz butcher. i wish they would tour in the US again. max has a new album out. haven't heard it yet. i'm still searching for a copy of the big questions compilation.

Omg..that's awesome that I found someone else besides me who digs this band! I'll have to look into that new album by Max. I have not even heard of the 'Big Questions' compilations. I did some digging on Amazon and I've put it together on my Amazon Associate store. I'll post it in the blog post above.

yeah. i'm kinda a jazz butcher freak. i could go on and on. big questions was the second compilation of single a-sides, b-sides, ephemera from the glass records period. it came out in 87. i haven't seen a copy since 87. there's only a couple of songs i haven't heard. truth is i just want to read the liner notes. Doh!
